By providing a nuanced and interactive space for LGBTQ+ community to engage in creative dialogue, the program seeks to create new queer masculine archetypes, shift existing queer masculine culture, and create affinity amongst cis and trans men and masculine of center women and non-binary people.

MASCellaneous workshop series was curated by Diamond Wave’s Artistic Director Kevin Seaman with input from an eight-person community advisory board (Shannon Amitin, KB Boyce, Leigh Crow, Sarah Guerra, Nick Ishimaru, Honey Mahogany, Baruch Porras-Hernandez and James Rouse Iñiguez) and builds upon the Queer Masculinities Discussion Group and MASCellaneous workshops that Diamond Wave hosted throughout 2020.
