Join digital content producer & curator Gentry McShane for a virtual workshop centering everyone’s favorite internet content, memes!

This event is for cis and trans men and masculine of center women and non-binary people looking to bro down on queer masculinities, but open to people of all gender identities and expressions.
About the Artist
Gentry McShane is a content creator, filmmaker, performer, writer and community organizer. You may also know him from his controversial meme page (Catpowerman5000). His films including Riot Ghoul (2012) and Hanky Code: The Movie (2016) have screened on streaming platforms and film festivals internationally. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, he has lived in the Bay Area off and on since 2005. In 2021 he designed and released the Original Doll Tarot, a tarot deck inspired by the life and career of the legendary Ms. Britney Spears. In his free time he enjoys singing karaoke, memorizing old ‘kids in the hall’ sketches and making / installing street art.
