About the Workshop

A picture is worth a thousand words. So what do your images say about masculinities?

Join artist Edgar-Arturo (@edgararturoartist) in this workshop about the importance of storytelling as a way to explore masculinities and to break down gender walls. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions about Edgar-Arturo’s visual arts practice, and participate in an activity to reflect on their own relationships with gender.

Participants should bring: a pencil, eraser and paper or digital drawing device as we will be actively drawing in this session. No prior drawing experience is necessary.

This event is for cis and trans men and masculine of center women and non-binary people looking to bro down on queer masculinities.
