About the Event
Join us for a special night of karaoke, community, and queer joy at El Rio!
Join us for Karaokiki: They/Them Energy, a special Pride celebration centering nonbinary joy, self-expression, and belonging. Hosted by JoSie and Vin Seaman, this evening is dedicated to our nonbinary siblings and everyone who loves them.
Come claim the mic, sing your favorite songs, and celebrate the many ways we shine. As a fun challenge, we invite performers to swap the pronouns in their songs for gender-neutral ones - or get creative and remix the lyrics however you like. Whether you're singing, cheering from the crowd, or discovering a new favorite artist, expect a night of music, community, and gender euphoria.
Accessibility Information:
El Rio’s entrance and most of the club are wheelchairs accessible (including the back deck), with high lips on doorways to the patio. There are several gender neutral single stall bathrooms as well as a bathroom with two urinals.
El Rio does not have any vaccination or masking policies, but masking is recommended.
If you have any access needs or requests, please email vin@diamond-wave.org and we will do our best to accommodate you!
