Call for Vendors

On November 14 & 15, Diamond Wave will host the fifth annual THEYFRIEND Nonbinary Performance Festival at CounterPulse in San Francisco.
On Saturday, November 15, we will host a vendor fair that celebrates nonbinary community, joy and grounding! We are currently seeking nonprofits, makers, wellness practitioners and other nonbinary community businesses that want to participate in this vendor fair.
Specifically, we are looking for:
✨ Nonprofits offering programs that support gender exploration, name/gender marker change services, or nonbinary-focused resources
✨ Artists and makers sharing visual art, crafts, jewelry, zines or other goods
✨ Wellness practitioners offering massage, acupuncture, or grounding practices
✨ Licensed food & drink vendors
✨ Any businesses whose work uplifts, engages, and supports nonbinary people
The vendor fair will run 4 - 8 PM with an anticipated 150 people in attendance. Vendor load in will be 3 - 4 PM with strike/clean up happening 9 - 10 PM.
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the application form and indicate whether you are interested in a half table ($40 fee) or a full table ($80 fee).
Timeline
10/25 (by 11:59 PM PT): Vendor application deadline via Google Form
10/29: Notification of application decisions sent to all vendor applicants
11/4: Vendor payments ($40/$80) due to Diamond Wave
11/5: Vendors announced publicly
11/15, 4 - 8 PM: Vendor Fair at THEYFRIEND 2025
