CALL FOR VENDORS!
We are seeking nonprofits, makers, wellness practitioners, and other nonbinary community businesses to participate in our vendor fair as part of the fifth annual THEYFRIEND Nonbinary Performance Festival.
Vendor Fair: Saturday November 15, 4–8PM
Applications due: Saturday October 25 by 11:59PM
On Saturday, November 15, we are hosting a vendor fair that celebrates nonbinary community, joy, and grounding! Specifically, we are looking for:
✨ Nonprofits offering programs that support gender exploration, name/gender marker change services, or nonbinary-focused resources
✨ Artists & makers sharing visual art, crafts, jewelry, zines, or other goods
✨ Wellness practitioners offering massage, acupuncture, or grounding practices
✨ Licensed food & drink vendors
✨ Businesses whose work uplifts, engages, and supports nonbinary people
EVENT DETAILS
The vendor fair will run 4–8 PM with an anticipated 150 people in attendance. Vendor load in will be 3–4 PM with strike/clean up happening 9–10 PM. We have half tables ($40 fee) and full tables ($80 fee) available.
TIMELINE
10/25 (by 11:59 PM PT): Vendor application deadline via Google Form
10/29: Notification of application decisions sent to all vendor applicants
11/4: Vendor payments ($40/$80) due to Diamond Wave
11/5: Vendors announced publicly
11/15, 4–8 PM: Vendor Fair at THEYFRIEND 2025
